Q: Where is my order?
A: To check the status of your order, please login to your account and click on the relevant order.

Q: Is the bobblehead I want currently in stock?
A: Items that are listed on our website are currently in stock unless the item says "Sold Out". Items that are Sold Out cannot be added to the shopping cart. 

Q: Where do you get these bobbleheads from?
A: We obtain our bobbleheads from a variety of sources, including Stadium Giveaway events, bobblehead suppliers, and other collectors.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We ship orders on a daily basis via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx ground service. Typically, it takes two days to process, package and ship your order. After that, it should take two to five days to reach you.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $8 per order for orders that ship within the United States. Shipping to Canada and Mexico is $20 and shipping to all other destinations is $25.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: We do accept exchanges, but we cannot accept returns. To exchange your order, you can contact us within three days of your receipt of the order. Due to the fluid nature of pricing on the collectible items that we sell we do not issue refunds however we do accept items back for store credit.

Q: What payment options are available?
A: We accept all major credit and debits cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Payments and Apple Pay.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Sales tax is only charged to customers located in Wisconsin, which is where our operations are headquartered.

Q: Is the shipping insured?
A: Yes, we insure all orders. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us.

Q: When is the deadline for Christmas orders?
A: All orders placed in December will be given special priority shipping status and processed within 24 hours.

Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
A: Once your item or items have shipped orders are not able to be canceled. If you would like to adjust your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Q: How do I exchange my order?
A: To exchange your order, please contact us within three days of your receipt of your order.

ABOUT THE BOBBLEHEADS

Q: What is "heavy resin/ceramic?"
A: Heavy resin/ceramic describes the materials that most of the bobbleheads we sell are made out of. Typically, bobbleheads made of resin/ceramic are of higher quality.

Q: What is the difference between a full size and a mini bobblehead?
A: For the most part, full size bobbleheads measure anywhere from 6 to 8 inches, while mini bobbleheads measure anywhere from 2 to 5 inches.
